Sims - SEN Current Needs 'new' greyed out.

We have begun experiencing a strange problem in the last couple of months where our users are unable to create new or delete the 'Current Needs' section within '3 Basic SEN Details' of a student's record in Sims. The 'new' and 'delete' buttons are greyed out as shown in my screenshot.

 

 

The user is a local admin on their computer, but not a domain admin.

 

If I log in as a domain admin to Windows, then they log in with their own credentials to Sims, the buttons work.

 

Leamis have said it's a problem with one of our group policies, but we have very few, and nothing which has changed since the problem began. They've said they can come out to fix it, for a fee. When I've asked what the issue might be, they have just said it's a domain policy but can't be more specific.

 

Can anyone offer any pointers as to what the user needs access to?

We've just had a school report this issue also. Did you get anywhere with a fix for it?

 

Edit: Fixed. Wino 10 device:

- Set to 150% for display

- Region set to US

 

Changed to 100% and UK and the button was suddenly usable!

Yep - I don't get it either!

 

I know it does odd things in the Census area if the display is set to more than 100% - seems it affects this too!!!
