Does anyone have a list of the address (IP or URL) that In Touch communicates with when you open an intouch component within sims? Google isn't being very helpful!

I've just started using Senso.Cloud, and the way it's low level filtering works is appears to be to do MITM on the client, unfortunately this breaks InTouch so i need to whitelist whatever URLs InTouch is using within senso.

Just going off the information they send when setting it up - I think it's: vpn-ctr6.capita-cso.co.uk (213.129.90.242)

Not actually monitored while in use... Though it took them about 6 months to get it all set up and working, so I may have forgotten something...

Just tried that one in the SSL bypass list, unfortunately didn't work. Still seeing InTouch components of sims timeout with a data service error, could that be communication with our onsite server perchance? or does that go online? I've already got pulsar.exe in the application exceptions.

I don't have the details specifically for InTouch but for SIMS Service Manager and the Teacher App to function I was given this guidance by Capita

"If you are self-hosting the SIMS Service Manager on your school network infrastructure:

We require the following URLs to be whitelisted in any proxy server, firewall or web filtering system in use:

*.servicebus.windows.net (Note that the wildcard is important)

simsmobile-sb.accesscontrol.windows.net

www.simsteacherappactivation.co.uk

www.simsteachermanagement.co.uk

setup.capita-sims.co.uk

teacherappsetup.capita-sims.co.uk

"
