[sims] Nova T on Contractors Laptop

Hiya,

 

I want to install Nova-T on a contractors laptop (they're doing our timetables for us).

 

They won't have access to any of our systems or be connected to our network.

 

When you install Nova T does it pull a list of all the classes over into the install? Just wondering how it works for them to have our data to create timetables.

You'd probably want to install the Nova-T satellite edition, and then provide them with an export from a network version of Nova-T (at least, that's my understanding of it).

Yep, satellite install is the way to go, then you can give them the timetable file (TDB if I remember rightly?).
