Office365 Spam/ hoax email filter

Hi everyone,

 

I'm just wondering if anyone has guidance on removing/ minimising the amount of hoax emails and click bait that seems to come through.

 

We seem to receive around 30-40 emails per day (some of which are inappropriate like dating sites) but have noticed they come from randomly generated aliases each time. They do go to our junk box but was wondering if anyone had managed to stop them completely?

You could manually configure your spam policies to try to reduce the amount that comes in: https://technet.microsoft.com/library/jj200684(v=exchg.150).aspx

 

However if they are randomly generated and come from different domains all the time it's going to be hard to stop them coming in.
