Office 365: Global / Billing Adminis have no permission to purchase subscriptions?

Hi Guys

 

Pretty much what the title says. I have just created an office 365 subscription and would like to bump us from the A5 trial to the A1 (free) model. However, both global administrator and billing administrator accounts have no permission to make purchases.

 

What gives? Do I need to add a payment method first or something? Any advice would be great.

Have you verified you account yet, from what I recall you also have to prove ownership of the domain (just a simple DNS entry)
