RM CC4 - Where are user's desktops stored?

I have moved a school from CC4 to Vanilla but some users have stated that stuff previously on their desktop is no longer available.

 

I have full backup of the previous servers I can fire up but unsure of the location of the users’ desktops when they have permission to save to it.

 

There is nothing local on the machine so assume it would be in profile but I don’t not recall seeing a Desktop folder located in any profile in h:\RMUsers\Staff\Profiles\username

 

Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure the CC4 default is not to allow users to save to desktop - ours certainly can't! Have you checked in work and profile folders?

Almost certainly in the profile on the user storage server. That's the default.

If I add a document to the desktop it saves it to - C:\ProgramData\Shared Desktop

 

Normal users, teachers/students are unable to save to their desktop by default as these are not backed up.
