Norphy Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 I am. Whenever I try, I get the attached error: It doesn't seem to be a universal problem as I can still sign in with my developer edition of O365 which came with an MSDN account. That has a status advisory saying that there is an issue with signins: Just in case anyone else is having the same issue...
Mayki5 Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 I've got a few tenancies offline, but the issue is only affecting some users. Others in the same tenancy are still working.
dfergusson Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 We having issues also, can't even login with my admin account
6Foot2 Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 No problems here. There arn't many staff on site, but nobody has complained. However at this link: Link: https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home#/servicehealth This has been reported:
clockend25 Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 Our MAT's tenancy is currently unavailable, however our old 365 tenancy seems to be working fine.
Mayki5 Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 New update came in, looks like they've found the root cause: Current status: We’ve determined that an authentication issue is preventing users from accessing the Office 365 service. We're working to identify remediation steps. Scope of impact: This issue could potentially affect any of your users if they are routed through the affected infrastructure. Mayki5 Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 Office 365 is back up! Microsoft have the incident on Restoring Service now, and accounts I couldn't use earlier are back online.
