Papercut - getting the departments displayed on the device for charging

Afternoon all,

 

When we started off with follow me printing, our repographics manager can walk up to a device and select a department to bill for a copy job. This was configured by the company who we were with at the time. We have now changed company and devices and this works, however we have another member of staff who will be assisting. But I have been through with what I thought was a fine tooth comb and cannot find the setting anywhere! I know about the pop up client etc. But this is a setting for the specific device itself.

 

Can someone point me in the right direction? I've looked at both user accounts and they seem identical!

You need to add the user to the security option of each account

 

Ie.. to maths, English, science.

 

Can be a long process depending on how many accounts you have
