Ubiquiti Cloud Controller and Ubiquiti Public IP

Hi,

 

Does anyone know the public IP's to get the Unifi Cloud controller working behind Atomwide's firewall? Atomwide won't open the ports outbound without Ubiquiti's public IP's. Ubquiti say it not something they've ever been asked for and are being less than helpful.

Have you tried their community forum? That is where you are likely to get support, the reason Ubiquiti is so cheap is because they don't invest in support so you need to accept that if purchasing.

 

Aside from that you'll probably have to try and find out yourself by looking at the traffic, either Wireshark or at the proxy/gateway.

If you can get through to someone helpful at Atomwide, they can probably check the location of the request for you from their firewall logs. You may need to call several times to get through to someone willing to go the extra mile though!
