Theldron Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 Hi all, How are people setting up password resets for AD and Office 365? I would like to setup Self-service resets for both AD and Office 365, but wondered what others are using? Our setup is that our local domain and our Office365 domain are not the same, so not sure how to get around that with regards to Azure AD/SSO. Thanks
eddrogers84 Posted April 25, 2018 Posted April 25, 2018 BUMP! I would also be interested. Currently looking at ManageEngines ADSelf Service Plus. Thanks Edd
RobFuller Posted May 1, 2018 Posted May 1, 2018 Is there a certain licensing requirements for this, not just available for "free"? jmak Posted May 1, 2018 Posted May 1, 2018 Is there a certain licensing requirements for this, not just available for "free"?From: Azure AD Editions Feature Comparison PDF https://msdnshared.blob.core.windows.net/media/2017/04/AzureADSKUsFeatureComparison.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjd9LCqnOTaAhWQVsAKHblJAD0QFjABegQICRAB&usg=AOvVaw00elqslsts5AOe3Vw3dQYl Free password reset for cloud users in Azure AD Free and O365. You need Azure AD Premium P1 for write-back to on premises AD though. License cost for education is quite sensible though. 1
