IT Services Technician - Cambridge from £18,494 pa full year 1 yr Fixed Term

Commencing as soon as possible, we are seeking for a reliable individual with previous experience and a keen interest in IT to join our IT Services department. The role entails providing cross-college technical, hardware and software support for equipment and facilities in order to ensure an excellent service to students and staff. This includes supporting desktop and laptop users working in both windows and Apple Mac environments, Printing, Audio Visual, BYOD & telephones.
