I am trying to create a Countdown timer script which loads when Staff login.

 

how can this be achieved.

Do you want the countdown visible to the user or just a system background thing?

If you want it visible then you could repurpose this HTA shutdown screen.

Hi we need just like an iframe with the countdown to the first exam interactive.

So are you counting down a set amount of time from when the user logs on, or counting down to a specific time?

 

If the former then modifying the shutdown HTA is your best bet.

If the latter then something like https://www.tickcounter.com/ would probably be easiest.

Either way just add a command to run the HTA/webpage at the end of your login script or stick it in the shell:startup folder.
