Anyone use gcse pod here?

We have videos playing for IE and chrome in IT office but in classroom only works for Internet explorer. Compared chrome settings for both pc and all seem same.

Moved my pc to that classroom OU in hope of my pc it stops working and still can't replicate the issue.

Any ideas what can be stopping thjs

The video does play just sound but display is black. So not sure if it's firewall issue

Did you whitest all the url for students

Most schools use filters to stop students from accessing inappropriate websites. These filters can stop our website from working so please ask your Network Manager to add these URLs to your school exemption/white list. Please note that the asterisks are important as they ensure that all subdomains of the site are not blocked. Important Note: If you use Netsweeper in school you will need to add additional URLs. Not the classroom machine but tried putting my machine in classroom OU and strangely still worked. Will try otherway round probably after work now.

Unless it's sophos utm but IE works fine so kinda ruled out firewall from start

Try fiddler see if you can see if anything is being blocked.

If you have proxy or smoothie box try putting yourself as a student and see if your machine still works.

What about running as an administrator in your it rooms does it work.

Ours is working fine on ie11 and chrome so something is not right check fiddler it's good for Hunting down issues.
