Lock computer / display sleep

Apologies if this has been asked before, I have searched but didn't turn anything up.

 

Has anyone found a way to stop - preferably via GPO - a Windows 10 machine from putting the display to sleep after 60 seconds whenever it is locked? I'm fine with it, but some staff are complaining about the extra time it's taking to wake up the screen before they can log back in. I mean we're talking mere seconds here, so it's obviously very serious!

We just deploying normal power plan via GPO to it (high power custom one) and it stops it.

Thanks for the reply. Checking that again we are already applying the "High Performance" plan at Computer Configuration>Policies>Administrative Templates>System>Power Management>'Select an active power plan'

 

Should I be using a different GPO as we still get the display sleeping after 60sec?

I found the high power one did it, but if you create a custom one and put it all to highest it doesn't. (Something silly to do with the default ones take Win10 settings over them, but putting a forced one overrides it)

 

Pretty sure that was the only change I did overall, will run an rsop on one of them in a min but might want to just try it like this (as a demo and can change anything after):

Took me a while to get it to behave but manage to fix it in the end using a custom power scheme as suggested. The only thing I have noticed though, if the user has the Start Menu Clicked/Open then this prevents the screen saver timeout kicking in thus not locking the computer after a set amount of time.

Just having the startmenu open shouldn't cause that just tried it here and having start menu open didn't seem to block it, or are you using the fullscreen option? (Which might count as a presentation in that sense)

 

Unless it's something else odd like live tiles if you left any on the start menu?
