[sims] Find out who marked a register?

Hi Peeps.

 

Anyone know if there is any way of finding out who actually marked a register in SIMS?

 

If I go into the class, or go into edit marks, all I can see when I hover over, is the mark they were given, it doesn't say who entered it, or when?

 

Any ideas?

I don't believe there is a way to see who entered the original mark.

 

If there is an existing mark that is then changed (an 'O' to a '/' etc) you can see those via the History of Changes report: Reports > Lesson Monitor/Attendance > Module Reports > History of Changes report

"Recorded By" is an available field in the SIMS reporting area if you wanted to create your own report to investigate.

SIMS audits all changes to attendance marks. Sorry can't help with how you get to it - suggest you raise a support call.

I just change the mark, then run history of changes, then change the mark back.

 

it's a horrible - but easy - workaround.

A quick report on attendance/lesson marks with adjustable filters does the trick.
