Import bookmarks to chrome from favourites folder

Does anyone know a way to import users bookmarks into chrome from favourites folder? We have moved to 1709 and a lot of users want to have their old bookmarks moved across.

I was thinking if we are able to do it on mass for them, but I guess it’s not possible.
