Surface Pro 4 and FMS issue losing SQL connection

Our SBM uses a Surface Pro 4 and FMS on a local server.

 

When she goes away and the surface pro locks the screen or goes in to sleep, it kills her FMS connection causing FMS to crash out.

 

The laptops we use with the other finance girls do not have this issue, yet all sleep and lock screen.

 

I have made sure Windows 10 is 1709, network card drive is up to date.

 

Doesnt matter if it running on its own through Wifi or if its through the Surface Dock and cabled in.

 

Any ideas as its baffled me!
