Hi,

Bit of a problem with printing - School has Ricoh copier and it's set to hold print, using the Windows log in name. Most of the staff can print no problem but there is a member of staff that can't. All I get is Access Restricted when I log into the copier and check the log. I've check her permissions on the copier and she has the same as all the others and her AD account is the same as everyone else. Googling has come up blank. Any ideas why she has no permission to print?

Thanks

Just chiming in to say we find it inconsistent too.

I've had hold print set up on our Ricoh MFD for a couple of years. It works for most users - some it doesn't hold at all and others hold everything apart from photos...

I'd love to get LDAP authentication working too as my users haven't worked out how to enter their credentials, so I get lots of "my printing's disappeared" complaints when they happen to log into a different computer.

Still an improvement on the piles of paper that we used to get...
