Computer Usage Software/Reporting

Hi all,

 

I am looking at a way to report on the computer usage around the school. I am sure that I have 2 computer rooms that barely get used, if at all and I would like to prove this so that I could reissue the PCs to other areas?

 

If there is any software or way to report this it would be appreciated. Free preferably.
