STATUS NOT FOUND Pupil import fails

Can anyone help?

 

I have the SIMS bulk import installed and seemingly working.

 

I can browse for my file containing pupil data (I've tried .xls and csv) and match up the fields though I only see Telephone and email as import options apart from the basic student data (Surname, Firstname etc).

 

The preview loads as I click the linked field (i.e. I click Surname and the pupil surname appears in the preview)

 

I click on OK and after querying SIMS database I get the Import button ready to go but showing Staus Not Found.

 

After clicking Import the report screen is empty

 

SIMS isnt updated with any information from the import file.

 

Any support appreciated.
