Can anyone help? I have the SIMS bulk import installed and seemingly working. I can browse for my file containing pupil data (I've tried .xls and csv) and match up the fields though I only see Telephone and email as import options apart from the basic student data (Surname, Firstname etc). The preview loads as I click the linked field (i.e. I click Surname and the pupil surname appears in the preview) I click on OK and after querying SIMS database I get the Import button ready to go but showing Staus Not Found. After clicking Import the report screen is empty SIMS isnt updated with any information from the import file. Any support appreciated.

I reinstalled SIMS using the Solus agent and it works! Brilliant and many thanks for developing this application. I haven't tried importing any data yet but it looks like a massive labour saver- we nearly had a strike when we asked our admissions team to do manual data entry! Thanks again. Thanks. I have the application installed but it doesn't run for me. Keeps asking for SIMS.net to be installed. Is that different from the SIMS.net client? Any help greatly appreciated
