[ms office - 2016] Outlook 2016 Name Resolution/Friendly names etc

Had a few complaints recently about emails being forwarded to people but they have no way of knowing the address from which the email came as it has been converted to a display name, is there anyway to stop this behaviour? I can't seem to find the relevant terminology to get a relevant search result:

I had a quick search but found a lot of people asking the same sort of thing with no known resolution. The only suggestion is to change the forward message option to attach the original instead of including original message text.

 

Outlook -> options -> mail -> replies and forwards -> when forwarding a message -> attach original message.

Thanks that sort of works but will be too confusing for staff, I thought this would be straight forward!
