Tasc Software- pars notices

Dear edugeekers

 

When members of staff in our admin department try and send an email attachment via notices in pars, The email attachment (docx) comes as a corrupt document.

 

We have office 2016, Im pretty sure its something to do with the trust center in Office2016.

 

Ive tried asking the Tasc help desk... But i'm getting nowhere with them. They ask lots of question but never have given me a fix yet. This has been going on for about a month now (back and forward to the tasc helpdesk that is)

 

Any ideas please? Im stuck and so is their help desk lol

Have you tried sending it in a different format? Keep on to tasc support as they are very good or speak to @jenny_urey and see if she can help in anyway.

Figured it out. Its an issue with the their system and they have finally passed it on to the development team.

 

Tasc support maybe good.. But there is someone that works there that isnt very good.

Think that is slightly harsh. Yes the system has it's issues but i used it for about 2 years at my last place and one of the best support companies in terms of response time. I would speak with Jenny as when we had some niggles with the Insight app and Jenny sorted loads out for us!

Think we will have to agree to disagree on this one. TASC sorted out nearly every problem i had.
