Agnete Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Hi guys, I'm hoping I've put this in the correct place.... I recent acquired two Acer R11 Chromebooks to use for a couple of students who are doing a supported internship. One of them is just fine but the other is missing the camera app. Having had a look around, it would seem that one of them is missing a software update, but I cannot for the life of me find this. I ran the Powerwash function in hope that this would force any software updates but still no luck. Downloading cam software from Play Store is an option but I'd much rather go with what should be inbuilt. Has anybody else encountered this problem?
