GDPR information to be gathered for network services department

Hi

 

I have been asked to collect t information related to GDPR and that we are compliant with GDPR.

 

I am trying to gather information such as data held on our server (Email, CCTV, Web based software subscriptions)

Please let me know if you have done any ground work on GDPR and if there any format( Template) that I can follow to populate the required information.

 

Any help and suggestions would be great.
