elsiegee40 Posted January 22, 2018 Author Posted January 22, 2018 is this a free webinar? As far as I can tell, yes. Ofsted are doing it themselves. 1

We managed to book a e-safety day which was very well received, with good resources etc. A bit frighting in places maybe but then e-safety can be frighting without good support. RobK 2
Sylv3r Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 It's a bit strange that Ofsted are hot on staff work life balance, but are hosting a webinar at 7:00PM at night. 1
robk Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 I suspect it's to allow parents to join as well. 2
elsiegee40 Posted January 22, 2018 Author Posted January 22, 2018 And governors... who they have now included in their own right.
DJ-1701 Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 Join this free webinar to hear more about the role we all play in keeping children safe online. In particular: - strategies for keeping children safe online - danger signs and how to spot them - what to do when things don't feel right ... Online safety Webinar Wednesday 31 January 2018 | 7 - 8 pm This session is specifically designed for parents, teachers, school staff, local authority staff and others who look after, and are responsible for, children in the south east of England. Interesting, one wonders if there is anything specific to the South East then? Maybe contacts... but would have thought it would apply to all.

simonw Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 Does anyone know if this will be available after the live webinar?
DJ-1701 Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 Does anyone know if this will be available after the live webinar? From the registration website: The session will be recorded and available for viewing afterwards. 1
tinkerbotsict Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 Does anyone know if this will be available after the live webinar? It does say available after but must register for it even though your not watching live 1
elsiegee40 Posted January 31, 2018 Author Posted January 31, 2018 Ironically, I won’t be able to watch this live as I have a governor meeting.
elsiegee40 Posted February 1, 2018 Author Posted February 1, 2018 Did anyone see this? What did you think?
timbo343 Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 I saw from 7.20pm and thought i was more aimed at teachers rather than us techies.
elsiegee40 Posted February 13, 2018 Author Posted February 13, 2018 (edited) Video link for this Webinar has changed and is now. It lasts an hour. The slides and links are here Edited February 13, 2018 by elsiegee40 1
