Smart Notebook on IWB / PC odd mouse behaviour

One of our Smart IWBs started doing a strange thing this morning. When the teacher logged in and started working with Smart Notebook the programme seemed to take over her mouse making it uncontrollable and all it was doing was repeatedly creating a sort of splash mark on the screens much like you'd get if you threw a tennis ball into a pool.

 

I've swapped the workstation out for another also with Smart Notebook installed and that's doing the same thing for this teacher. Odd or what?

Sounds like something has been bashed into the IWB, at the "splash mark" spot, and damaged the panel.
