Brief Summary of Requirements / Technical Skill Requirements:

 

· Good knowledge of ICT systems - Servers, Networking and Wireless

· Ability to support Server 2012 – Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP

· Good knowledge on Office 365

· Windows 7 and 10 desktop support

· Excellent Troubleshooting and Communication skills
