Nobody, including sponsors, is permitted to contact you directly (ie via PM) unless invited to do so by you. Neither are they allowed to ask members to recommend them.

 

Only sponsors are allowed to:

• Flag their presence at BETT or other trade shows

 

• Have business contact details or other promotional information in their forum signature

 

• Conduct market research

 

• Make product recommendations

 

• Make quotes (see above regarding PM)

 

• Make sales type posts

 

• Promote events whether free or not

 

• Invite members to contact them on or off the forum
