Problems signing into YouTube/Google with AzureAD credentials (January 2018)

Is anybody else getting:

 

AADSTS50003: No signing key is configured.

 

When trying to sign into YouTube / Google services this mornign with their AzureAD/Office365 credentials?

Not sure if it is the same thing but no one in my school can get to youtube. We arnt using SSO but do use GAFE with DNS redirection.

The failure is with SSO, so if you are not using SSO you wont be seeing it. I'd have thought there would be confirmation from others by now if the problem was wide spread. So perhaps it is just us.
