Do you know of a good lettings or facilities management software? We have 3 sites.

We use School Hire (https://schoolhire.co.uk/)

 

Online booking and they handle the payment (although they take a small % of each booking) - previously we were invoicing then waiting for bank transfer or banking cheques so an improvement for us. You get a sub domain with your list of facilities on, prices etc and availability.

How much is schoolhire as we would like to campaign our 3g pitch.

Not 100% sure as I was only involved from a technical point (i.e. how to get data from our old system into schoolhire) but I believe there are no charges besides the commission they take on each booking (I think it was about 3%), we thought it was worth the cost compared to us having to do all the invoicing and payment processing manually before.

Oh forgot to say, they also came in to talk us through everything then we took them round all the facilities we wanted to list and they took measurements, photos etc, so there was very little for us to do to get it set up.
