[1703, cu] Start Manu Export

Hi,

Has anyone managed to export the start layout when they have a shortcut to File Explorer.

 

If I (via elevated powershell) export-startlayout to C drive, without shortcut to File Explorer it works. If I do it with File Explorer shortcut I get

 

Unspecified Error, Thorn exception in StartTileData.dll

 

Doing it on Win 10 1703 with all latest patches

 

Given the end of classicshell I would like to get this working if possible.

I've just done it on my workstation, I added file explorer to my start and exported the xml to the local c drive folder, no issues. I'm using 1703 64bit education edition.

 

EDIT: I wasn't elevated.
