Data and Analytics Lead – Central London

Up to £50,000 dependent on experience + benefits

Our client, a large Multi Academy Trust in Central/West London with a proven track record of effective school improvement, are currently looking for a Data and Analytics Lead. The postholder will be responsible for providing leadership for all data related aspects of the Trust including consistent reporting of data, analysis of key data sources and acting as a key member in the centralization of the Trust MIS reporting tools.

 

The ideal candidate will have the technical knowledge and educational experience to lead data and analytics related services across multiple sites, as well as the ability to advise on implications of changes to accountability frameworks.

 

Responsibilities;

 

· Collect, organise, check and analyse documents from assessment points

· Analysis of internal assessment and external examination outcomes across the trust

· Develop a consistent data reporting format

· Provide academic benchmarking data for the Trust by analysing national trends

· Support data collection for external bids, production of board papers

· Provide relevant reports as required by CEO/SLT/Stakeholders

· Develop and delivery effective training programmes for relevant staff

 

Requirements;

 

· Previously worked in a Senior Data position within the Education Sector (pref MAT)

· Extensive experience with schools MIS System (Preferably SIMS)

· Educated to degree level or equivalent

· Ability to confident manage and analyse data

· Experience creating and implementing assessment tracking systems

· Ability to communicate effectively with staff at multiple levels
