Unifi 5.6.22 won't upgrade APs

Hi you need to contact unifi, they will give you the ssh command to connect directly to them to upgrade. You need putty if you dont already have it.

I would do but I no longer work there - I doubt that anyone will notice until something goes seriously wrong and then they will have a complex series of upgrades to sort out

 

still - not my problem

Oh it looks like this is the same issue as a thread I posted in another section. I found a work around which is much less complex than SSHing into each switch - but unifi do really need to fix it. I think it is to do with proxy server and the unifi controller software not having a section for you to type in a proxy IP or PORT.
