corafe Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 I was able to install successfully the DigiBlue QX5. However, an error showed up with the "microscope not plugged in" when I was about to use the microscope. I tried unplugging/plugging back in in different USB slots; install/uninstall/repair. It still showed the same message. Can you help, please!!! Thanks! corafe
