    It's windows 10-64 bit. I've uninstalled but it didn't recognize the microscope. I guess that its really not compatible. I know it works with the windows 7, (? bit, 32 maybe). Thanks for the help. If you find ways to do it, will you let me know, please. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family,

    I have windows 10. The program loads but the microscope is not being recognized.

    Thanks for responding. I was able to install the drivers but when I'm to use the microscope, a message came on saying that the microscope is not plugged in. I tried plugging at different USB plugs, repair/uninstall/install the drivers but nothing worked. Can you help?

    I was able to install successfully the DigiBlue QX5. However, an error showed up with the "microscope not plugged in" when I was about to use the microscope. I tried unplugging/plugging back in in different USB slots; install/uninstall/repair. It still showed the same message. Can you help, please!!! Thanks! corafe

    Thanks. I tried installing but it stopped with an error re:a file missing to complete installation- system.cab. Can you help, please?
