Startup Repair Password Protection

Does anybody know how to password protect the Startup Repair utility in Windows 7? I've tried Googling it but the links all talk about circumventing the password.

Another vote for disabling it. I don't think I've ever seen it actually fix anything.

Even IF you need it, I feel like having it disabled is the lesser of two evils, there are always alternatives to repair.

You generally would never run repair on a domain connected machine anyway, the problems that can cause overrides any inconvenience by having to rebuild, especially these days!

Thanks for the response everybody! Yeah, as you all suggested, we went with outright disabling it on all domain machines.
