PSFinancials, GSuite and SMTP

Hi all,

 

My Trust has started to use PSFinancials (PSF) as our finance package, within this package is a document emailer which uses the PSF SMTP server to send out emails on behalf of our staff, our GSuite is setup with DMARC and DKIM so any email that is sent through the PSF SMTP server is flagged up as spam as it doesn't pass the DMARC requirements.

 

The question is, I have the SMTP address details for the PSF server, how do I go about adding this SMTP address to allow the emails to go through without being picked up as spoofed addresses?

 

Any ideas are gratefully received as I have poked around in GSuite and am at a loss!
