Problems with Twitter feed on Xibo

In one of my layouts I have a region set to display the schools twitter feed via the embedded addin.

 

This displays fine on the Win 7 based Xibo displays I have running but wont display on a Win 10 home Intel Compute stick I'm trying to use. All its shows is the tweets by.. link

 

I did previously experience this problem on the Win 7 based displays and determined it was possibly due to a missing update as fully updating Windows appeared to fix it. However the Compute stick claims it is up to date and it has up to date Flash and Java.

 

Win 7 machines and Compute stick are using the same proxy so I don't believe it is proxy related.

 

any ideas?
