Web page popup when connected to wifi network

Not school related, but I offer free wifi at my football club and ideally I would like a web page of my choice to show when a user connects to the network. Any suggestions on how to make this happen? Currently have a Draytek router but this could be replaced with the default Plusnet jobbie.

dd-wrt has some facilities for handoff to a captive portal.

 

Here we use pfsense as a backend to a Meru provisioned SID. We just use the page for AUP agreement, access is controlled by vouchers.

Quite possibly. When I played about with this previously I was not able to get it to load but I don't think I gave it enough time or effort. I dont need them to sign in, just connect and get a pop up page saying 'Like and tag our social pages when posting' etc
