Ok so on the Thursday robocopy was run for the first to new home folders which went fine. We re ran over the weekend and thought everything was fine but now we have an issue as some folders were modified on Friday and not mirrored. We did not realise this until Tuesday so work had been done on Monday.

Best way to explain is on Friday and excel spread sheet was modified and rows 33 and 34 were filled in. However as the spreadsheet was not copied correctly the user has now filled in rows 33 and 34 with new data however this should have gone in row 35 and 36. This is just an example but have same issue with word documents and some powerpoints. Not to wide spread and staff are amending documents by themselves manually but is there anyway to sort this.

If it's just an Excel sheet, copy all the rows from the 2nd spreadsheet into the first then use Data > Remove Duplicates so you end up with one copy of each unique row?
