JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Following a successful campaign to recruit an ICT Network Manager, another ICT Network Manager opportunity has arisen at one of the country’s most prestigious independent schools.

 

Whilst providing outstanding 2nd and 3rd line technical support at Bedales Schools, Hampshire you will be working within a customer focused, innovative ICT Department where you will primarily maintain the Schools’ network, wireless and server infrastructure in addition to backup and communication systems. You will be responsible for managing software deployments, administering school systems and using your technical expertise to implement development initiatives that enhance ICT. You will regularly engage with the schools’ teaching and administration teams, allowing them to benefit from your technical knowledge providing staff and students with a professional, high quality ICT experience.

 

As the successful candidate, together with your exemplary customer service skills and a desire to continuously learn and improve, you will possess three key attributes: you will be great at what you do, have attention to detail in everything you do and care passionately about your work. We welcome applicants with or without education or schools experience, however exposure to a 2nd/3rd line technical support role is essential.
