The primary school I support are upgrading to Windows 10 and one of the checks threw up and issue with the folder redirection start menu. It will redirect the current start menu no problem but when I try to add a new program for example today was SMART 17 the SMART technologies folder and bits appear but the actual application SMART 17 does not appear. If I right click an icon and open file location you can it's there. It has happened with other icons as well. The start menu redirection works fine in Windows 7.

purpleoakley Posted October 17, 2017 Author Posted October 17, 2017 No it's a teacher profile, it works fine when I log on as that user on Windows 7. Have been through permissions but can't see anything.
