We've had patches of network lags since the return from the summer. We're also using Dreamweaver on a larger scale for the first time. When the lags happen, IT Teachers have been complaining that Dreamweaver is taking ages to load if at all. On closer examination of one of the students apps folder in their home folder on the network has created a dreamweaver folder that is around only 4-5mb but has over 700-800 files in it! Now I think this is then causing the lag when you've got 1 or maybe 2 classrooms of 30 students all launching dreamweaver. The lag is so bad, it is having a knock on effect through the whole school.

Has anyone else had this issue or know how we can divert these files elsewhere?

We had to stop redirecting student AppData because of Adobe CS6, and I believe CC is the same. If you can pre-populate this folder in the (locally stored but not necessarily 'local' profile (which I've done in our mandatory profile) it should improve speed.
