mrbios Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 I've got one user that uses a local profile and has a fairly customised setup, there's a reason i won't go into for not just using a roaming profile in this instance, but in the summer when she hasn't logged on for 3-4 weeks her profile automatically resets/deletes itself. Is there a way of stopping this from happening/extending the time a machine takes to cleanup local profiles? Everything i find relates to roaming profiles and their duration, nothing specific seems to allow me to extend the timespan of a local one.
RLR Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 Is there a GPO that deletes profiles after X amount of days?
mrbios Posted September 26, 2017 Author Posted September 26, 2017 Is there a GPO that deletes profiles after X amount of days? This is the frustrating thing, the only setting for that is set to 60 days. So it doesn't seem to be that affecting it. EDIT: Oh my god I'm an idiot. Overlapping policy has it in...didn't see that. Set to 14 days. Eurgh. That policy shouldn't even have been linked to that OU... >_< 1
