[ms office - 2016] Install can't find proplus.ww/propsww.cab

When installing office 2016 on this Windows 10 PC i'm getting the following error:

 

Setup cannot find ProPlus.WW\ProPsWW.cab. Browse to a valid installation source.

 

The cab file is there and in the correct path in the ISO, when i click on the path with it located it just says 'invalid path'

 

i've re-downloaded he ISO in case it was corrupt and it's still doing it.

 

Tried taking the cab file out and placing it in different areas, renaming it etc and no luck!

 

Anyone else had this problem?
