low profile PCI sound cards

Kids have wrecked both front and rear ports on music PC's can anyone recommend a replacement low profile PCI soundcard?

 

Also anyone using usb music keyboards, can you get ones with headphone ports so that kids doing composition on Sibelius can plug direct into keyboard rather than PC.

PCI or PCI-e? Just a cheapy one will do, like StarTech 5.1 Channel Pci Surround Sound Card Adapter - Ebuyer

 

From what I can find, with traditional MIDI outputs becoming scarce, the cheapest Yamaha to have USB output is Yamaha PSR-E363 Portable Keyboard at Gear4music.com
