We are about to upgrade our network to Windows 10.

So I am asking the community for some answers to questions as to what you have found works and things to avoid.

1) I want to use SCCM to build and rebuild PCS. Do you create a new SCCM image each time Microsoft bring out the annual / major version changes and rebuild PCs or do you leave it to windows update to push out - any gotchas / lessons learned?

2) Windows updates: SCCM integrated or stand alone WSUS server?

3) Windows Store - what do you do?

Let users access the public store?

Use a private education / business store?

Turn Store Off - does it kill calculator?

How do you manage pushing an app out to users?

4) Are you integrating it with SSO to Office 365 and what approach did you take to SSO.

I would like to thank you all in advance for any comments and suggestions.

1) Up to now I reimaged due to the annoyance of default apps reinstalling during an upgrade but from 1703 onwards that should stop so I'll trial the upgrade approach.

2) integrated, sccm+WSUS is much better than standalone WSUS

3) Turn it off. Calc is fine.

4) 365 SSO became much easier with a recent version of Azure AD sync so is worth a look
