localzuk Posted September 20, 2017 Posted September 20, 2017 Before I go on a rampage, how on Earth do I get the name of our Institution changed in Apple School Manager? The school is no longer the institution, the Trust is, with each school being a location under it. I'm struggling to find the right way to contact Apple!

Launch a satellite into space and get that to transmit messages on all frequencies asking for apple to help with this. Make sure that satellite is nuclear powered and has back up solar panels. After say two or three hundred years you will get a response. Make sure you pass the info onto your successor as you will be long gone. Alternatively you could take the easy route and email [email protected] they are pretty good and seem to have a grasp on things.
