Network Technician Training

Hi,

 

New to the site and was just wondered what training people would recommend for a network technician. I've been working in this role for about 2 years and have been given 5 days training to use.

 

I like the hands on stuff but am also really interested in the server side. Any recommendations for courses would be greatly appreciated

I have PMed you about courses I have done in Reigate with InTimeSolutions

 

They do a free 2 day intro course and specialise in schools covering fundamentals of AD, GP and TCP/IP

is that ms290? . Where in abingdon did you do it? , i'm guessing RM or skillsolve

Have a look at NEOS although it may be a bit far for you, but they provide some good courses at half price for schools.

yeah the tutor was great. Totally depends on who you get talking you through it really.

 

A lot of it was basic stuff but then you get onto how to do the basic stuff in a more advanced manner.

 

Hope your tutor is as good as mine was!
